SHIPPING POLICY

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Nominal Modular is not liable for these charges. If duties are not paid, the order may be canceled, and applicable costs—including shipping (outbound and return) and processing fees—will be deducted.

Shipping Limitations

  • Orders to the UK must meet a minimum value of $180 USD.

  • Shipping to Russia or Ukraine is not available at this time.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Order Processing & Delivery Timing

  • Most in-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our warehouse.

  • Shipping methods cannot be changed after checkout; your order will be sent to the address provided.

  • Pre-order items will ship once they arrive and pass quality control.

  • Make sure all delivery details—including suite/apartment numbers and company names—are accurate.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Fulfillment & Shipping

At Nominal Modular, we strive to be transparent about pre-order fulfillment and shipping timelines. While we work hard to provide accurate estimates, exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

Before launching a pre-order, we coordinate closely with our manufacturing partners to determine the most realistic production schedule. Please note that timelines may change—sometimes shorter, sometimes longer—due to unforeseen supply chain challenges.

How We Minimize Pre-Order Wait Times

To get your pre-orders to you as efficiently as possible, we follow several practices:

  • Producing multiple prototypes to finalize the production sample

  • Preparing packaging and accessories ahead of the pre-order launch

  • Investing in tooling to streamline production

  • Sharing regular updates via email and social media

Pre-Order Refunds

You may request a full refund for your pre-ordered items at any time before your order has shipped. Once the order has left our warehouse, standard shipping and return policies apply.
